No. Beach towels are not complimentary and are available for rental or purchase through our Guest Essentials service. Guests can rent towels during their stay or purchase one to keep as part of their guest house amenities experience in Port Antonio, Jamaica.

Absolutely! Guests can purchase their towel as a keepsake or use it as a handy travel towel during excursions and tours. It’s a popular choice for guests staying in vacation rentals in Jamaica or planning day trips to nearby beaches.

If a towel is lost or damaged, a purchase fee applies to cover the replacement cost. Fresh towels are always available for rent or purchase from our Guest Essentials collection at Viva Violas.

Yes. All towels are professionally laundered, sanitized, and tumble-dried using modern washers and dryers to maintain cleanliness, softness, and freshness. We take pride in offering Caribbean essentials that meet high hygiene standards.  

  Yes. Each guest room comes with 2 complete towel sets, and each set includes 1 bathing towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 bathing rag for in-room use only. These towels should not be removed from the room or used for the beach.

Guests may exchange used towels for clean ones at no charge by returning the original set. If any towel set is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will apply under our [Room Towel Fee] policy.

Beach towels remain available separately for rental or purchase through our Guest Essentials service.
