The Room Towel Fee covers the cost of replacing any in-room towel set or bath mat that is lost, damaged, or removed during a guest’s stay. It’s part of our hotel towel policy designed to keep all linens clean, fresh, and ready for the next guest.
Each guest room includes 2 complete towel sets, and each set has 1 bathing towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 bathing rag, plus 1 bath mat (foot towel) near the shower area. These are for in-room use only and are included as part of our guest accommodation in Jamaica standards.
Yes! Guests can exchange used towels or bath mats for clean replacements at no charge by returning the original items. This ensures that all linens remain fresh, following Viva Violas Policy for comfort and cleanliness.
